These Sound Collection terms (“Terms”) are made and entered into by and between Meta Platforms, Inc. and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (“Meta”) and the person or entity accepting these Terms (“you” or “your”). A. Sound Collection contains high quality audio sound content (the “SC Audio Content”) for you to enhance your content on the Meta Company Products. Meta hereby grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the SC Audio Content for commercial or non-commercial purposes in content you create, upload, and distribute on the Meta Company Products (including through links to the Meta Company Products embedded in third party sites) only. You may not perform, distribute, make available or otherwise use the SC Audio Content separately from the Meta Company Products. This license is subject to your compliance with these Terms and all other applicable Meta terms, policies, and standards, including without limitation, Meta’s Terms of Service (collectively, the “Meta Terms”).
B. Meta reserves all rights and remedies for use of any SC Audio Content by you outside of the uses permitted above without Meta’s express prior written consent.
C. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Meta Terms, these Terms will govern solely with respect to your use of Sound Collection, and solely to the extent of the conflict.
